About Me
Music and Motivation
Jennifer Parry is a musician and motivational speaker based in Sydney, Australia. Born blind, she’s always had a strong affinity for music and began playing musical instruments as young as three years old. Though her musical journey started with singing, Jennifer is also a talented pianist and flautist well known for performing RnB, Pop and contemporary hits, in addition to her original songs.
Jennifer offers singing lessons and is often hired to perform at weddings, corporate events, and birthday parties. Though she has performed at some of the world’s largest stages including the Sydney Opera House and the MGM in Las Vegas, she can also be found playing at bars and restaurants in Sydney.
In addition to her music, she also is hired for her motivational talks which explore topics such as overcoming adversity, the importance of resilience and adapting to change, how a diverse workforce supports innovation and company growth.
Outside of her work, you can find Jennifer on the cricket pitch or advocating for change within her local community.
Some of her notable achievements include:

Representing Australia in the blind/ low vision women’s cricket team in 2023 and 2025.

Working with Georges River Council Access and Inclusion Group to create improvements on roads and footpaths for community members living with vision loss.

Being hired as a digital consultant to review website accessibility for multiple companies including Virgin Australia, the Department of Social Services (DSS) and Workforce Australia. ​

Award Recognition
Jennifer Parry was named a Winner at the InterContinental Music Awards for her original recording “A New Garden”, receiving Best Song of Australasia in the Australasian Urban Genre (August 2025).
